Our team specializes in delivering high-quality renovations while providing an exceptional customer experience. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an organized, proactive, and experienced Construction Production Project Manager to oversee project execution from scheduling through completion. Position Summary The Construction Production Project Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing the production side of residential remodeling projects. This role serves as the central point of communication between customers, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company quality standards. Key Responsibilities Order and track construction materials for active projects. Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors. Review, process, and manage project invoices and purchase orders. Coordinate and schedule remodeling projects, subcontractors, and inspections. Communicate regularly with homeowners regarding project timelines, updates, and expectations. Monitor project progress and proactively resolve scheduling or production issues. Ensure materials, labor, and resources are available to keep projects moving efficiently. Maintain accurate project records and documentation within company systems. Work closely with sales, design, and field teams to ensure smooth project execution. Must have a valid driver's license and be capable of driving to and from sites as needed. Measuring products and materials as needed. Other duties as assigned by Management. Qualifications Previous experience in residential construction, remodeling, or project management required.
