Project Manager -
With average yearly sales in the ~$30M range and a long-standing client base, the organization continues to grow its project portfolio and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support this expansion. Position OverviewThe Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing commercial roofing projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to high quality and safety standards. This role requires hands-on experience managing both new construction and re-roofing projects in an active commercial environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage full lifecycle of commercial roofing projects (new construction & re-roofing)Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plansCoordinate field supervision, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teamsServe as primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and inspectorsReview contracts, drawings, specifications, and scopes of workTrack project costs, change orders, RFIs, and billingEnsure compliance with safety programs, company standards, and regulatory requirementsConduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety performanceLead project closeout, including punch lists, warranties, and documentationRequired Qualifications5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial roofing or related constructionProven experience with new construction and re-roofing projectsStrong understanding of commercial roofing systems (e.g., TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, metal)Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong financial acumen (budgeting, cost control, forecasting)Excellent communication and client-facing skillsProficiency with construction/project management softwareValid driver's license and ability to travel to regional job sitesPreferred QualificationsExperience working with union and/or non-union crewsFamiliarity with manufacturer warranty requirements and inspectionsOSHA certification (10 or 30)Background working for mid-sized commercial roofing contractors ($10M-$50M revenue range)Why This OpportunityJoin a financially stable, long-standing contractor with consistent backlogWork on high-profile commercial and industrial roofing projectsStrong safety culture and operational supportCompetitive compensation package including salary, bonus potential, and benefitsLong-term growth opportunity within a respected regional contractor
