SEEKING A FULL-TIME CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
Job Purpose:
A well-established General Contractor is seeking a full-time, reliable, organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of proven experience managing commercial and/or infrastructure projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment . This position requires strong leadership, multitasking, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure while delivering high-quality results within strict timeframes . Proficiency in Master Builder (Sage) , Primavera SureTrak , Microsoft Office , and AIA documents is mandatory.Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of project planning, execution, and closeout while maintaining tight control over budgets, schedules, and deliverables . Work effectively in a high-pressure environment with quick turnaround requirements and multiple concurrent deadlines. Initiate, track, and manage project documentation including correspondence, transmittals, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and meeting minutes. Review subcontractor change order requests and ensure timely resolution and issuance of change orders to all parties. Draft, monitor, and adjust project budgets; recommend cost-control strategies when necessary. Proactively identify and resolve issues, conflicts, and potential crises; develop contingency plans to maintain project momentum. Coordinate and communicate effectively between the President, architects, clients, subcontractors, and field personnel to ensure seamless project execution . Maintain focus, composure, and productivity in a fast-moving, high-stress environment where deadlines are critical. Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality standards .Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of construction project management experience with a general contractor. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines . Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Proficiency with Master Builder (Sage) , Primavera SureTrak , Microsoft Office , and AIA documentation . Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.Attributes:
