Full Job Description Construction Super:

working for a TOP Developer building 300-400 unit multifamily rental buildings in North Jersey. Building stick over podium construction. Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee the development and construction of self-perforating owner. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead complex construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency from start to finish. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, extensive construction site experience, and proficiency with industry-standard construction management software. Your leadership will be pivotal in coordinating teams, managing budgets, and ensuring project milestones are met with precision and professionalism. Duties Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to track progress and deadlines. Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to verify accuracy and facilitate smooth execution of construction plans. Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, preparing estimates with HeavyBid or comparable tools, and controlling expenditures. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards, OSHA regulations, and client requirements. Oversee subcontractor performance, supervise team members, and provide guidance on construction procedures and safety practices. Requirements MUST have extensive stick over podium new construction experience. Strong supervisory skills with demonstrated success managing diverse teams on active construction sites. Proficiency in ProCore. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately; familiarity with Ohmmeter use is a plus. Knowledge of contracts management, budgeting processes, and project scheduling methodologies. Hands-on experience with construction site safety standards including OSHA compliance.

Pay:

$140,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
