We are committed to delivering high-quality projects safely, on schedule, and within budget. Project Dobco Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations for the $62.4 million renovation and expansion of George G. White Middle School in Hillsdale, NJ. This high-profile project includes the modernization of a historic school, construction of six new classrooms, and major facility upgrades to support 21st-century learning. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day field operations and subcontractor activities. Coordinate project schedules, sequencing, and site logistics. Oversee phased construction while maintaining a safe school environment. Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, safety requirements, and quality standards. Conduct site inspections, subcontractor meetings, and progress tracking. Resolve field issues proactively to maintain schedule and productivity. Coordinate inspections with project stakeholders and regulatory agencies. Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent. Experience with commercial, institutional, public works, or K-12 school construction. Strong knowledge of scheduling, construction sequencing, and quality control. Proven ability to manage multiple trades and deliver projects on schedule. Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
