Precision Construction & Development is a luxury residential construction and development firm serving Hudson County, NJ. We specialize in full-scale gut renovations and build-to-suit homes, delivering projects from acquisition and design through construction and final finishes. We pride ourselves on executing highly detailed, design-driven projects with a developer's mindset—balancing aesthetics, constructability, and long-term value. Our work is defined by refined craftsmanship, globally sourced materials, and a disciplined, white-glove client experience from concept through completion. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Project Manager, located in Weehawken / Hoboken, NJ. This role bridges pre-construction sales and project execution. The Sales Project Manager is responsible for guiding clients from initial consultation through contract and into active project coordination—ensuring alignment between scope, budget, and execution from day one. The ideal candidate is both client-facing and technically grounded, capable of driving sales while maintaining strong control over project setup, communication, and coordination. Key Responsibilities Lead client meetings, site walkthroughs, and client consultations Develop project scope, budget direction, and overall execution strategy Coordinate with internal teams to validate pricing, scope, and assumptions for change orders Manage client communication and expectations throughout the project lifecycle Oversee project timelines and ensure alignment across all stakeholders Identify, document, and control the integrity of architectural drawings throughout the project Ensure a seamless transition of information from client to construction crew Qualifications Proven experience in high-end residential construction and renovations Demonstrated success in sales, with the ability to close projects Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and pricing Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, specifications, and finish schedules Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives Exceptional communication and client-facing skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive What Success Looks Like Clients experience a high level of confidence and transparency throughout the process Projects are set up efficiently, reducing delays and change orders Sales and profit targets are consistently over achieved Strong alignment is maintained between client expectations and project execution

$65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
