This role requires someone who can manage timelines, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Duties Manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through completion Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site teams Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings Identify and resolve issues proactively to avoid delays and cost overruns Qualifications 5+ years of experience in construction project management Strong knowledge of residential/multi-family construction Experience with ground-up development and major renovations Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and contracts Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, etc.) Strong leadership and communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Valid driver's license OSHA Certified Compensation & Benefits Work directly with ownership on high-impact projects Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (based on role) Paid time off
