DESCRIPTION
The Operations Support team within Amazon's Worldwide Grocery Retail Growth & Development (WWRGD) organization is seeking a Manager, Construction Management to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a fast-paced, results-driven leader to own the day-to-day execution of equipment on demand management across our entire fleet. Manager, Construction Management for the PERF (Project and Equipment Request Form) program, you will lead like-for-like equipment replacements, breakroom and restroom refreshes, and end-to-end equipment procurement and project delivery. You'll drive operational excellence, serve as the primary face of the program for Operations stakeholders, and play a critical role in delivering exceptional store experiences at scale. Key job responsibilities
Program Execution:
Lead and manage PERF intake, processing, and completion workflows to meet annual targets (2,500+ completions in 2026).
Team Leadership:
Supervise and develop a team of associates responsible for equipment requests, procurement coordination, and project execution.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with store leaders, construction teams, procurement, and project management to ensure seamless equipment on demand delivery.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement process efficiencies, including AI integration for PERF intake and execution phases.
Fleet Support:
Ensure day-to-day equipment needs are met across the entire store fleet, prioritizing urgent requests and managing workload distribution.
Performance Management:
Track KPIs, monitor team productivity, and report progress against program goals.
Vendor Management:
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure all equipment replacements and installations meet company standards and specifications.
Communication:
Provide regular status updates to stakeholders with clear concise communications to the business and the larger WWRGD organization. A day in the life The Team Leader drives daily execution of the PERF program by triaging urgent equipment requests, leading standups with 5 Construction Project Managers II, and conducting 1:1 coaching sessions focused on PO development and quote review excellence. The role requires regular status updates to WWRGD leadership, communication with Sr. Operations Leaders across all 6 Operating Areas, vendor coordination, and advancing AI-driven process improvements—all while maintaining pace toward 2,500+ annual completions and delivering an exceptional customer experience at every store. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in managing multiple, competing priorities simultaneously Knowledge of project management tools 5+ years of direct people leadership experience 6+ years of experience in facilities management, equipment on demand management, or retail operations Experience working cross-functionally with construction, procurement, and store operations teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
