In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure safety compliance, manage project schedules, and supervise construction teams to deliver high-quality results efficiently. Your leadership will drive project success from start to finish, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes safety, quality, and timeliness. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your construction management expertise and technical skills in a fast-paced, energetic setting. Duties Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and specifications Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 and Construction management software Monitor site safety protocols rigorously, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and conducting regular safety inspections Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to guide team work and verify accuracy Manage project budgets by tracking costs, reviewing contracts, and overseeing procurement processes using HeavyBid or similar estimating tools Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations Utilize construction site experience to troubleshoot issues promptly, adjusting schedules or resources as needed Maintain detailed records of daily progress, safety incidents, change orders, and other project documentation Lead supervising efforts by mentoring team members, assigning tasks effectively, and fostering a positive work environment Skills Extensive experience with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and Construction management platforms Strong knowledge of construction site operations including safety protocols (OSHA), quality control, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating Proven management skills with supervising experience in large-scale projects or complex sites Proficiency in project scheduling tools like Primavera P6 to develop realistic timelines and monitor progress Familiarity with contracts management and procurement processes within the construction industry Technical skills including use of an ohmmeter for electrical testing and understanding pipeline installation processes Ability to read technical drawings accurately and translate schematics into actionable tasks Excellent communication skills for coordinating teams, managing subcontractors, and liaising with clients or stakeholders Strong organizational skills for budgeting oversight, documentation accuracy, and maintaining safety standards Join us as a Job Site Supervisor where your leadership fuels successful projects!
