Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Industrial Construction-Experienced Project Manager and/or Site Superintendent to lead and oversee complex construction projects within the industrial sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage all phases of construction, from planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial construction, with proven leadership skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage subcontractors, and maintain rigorous safety standards. Your expertise will drive project success while fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of industrial construction projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget. Coordinate project activities across multiple teams including subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, and clients to ensure seamless communication and workflow. Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software to monitor progress and adjust plans proactively. Review blueprints, schematics, contracts, and technical drawings such as Civil 3D files to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of design specifications. Oversee daily construction site operations, enforce safety protocols aligned with industry standards, and conduct regular site inspections to mitigate risks. Manage project documentation including change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and progress reports using Bluebeam or ProCore platforms for efficient collaboration. Utilize construction estimating tools like HeavyBid to assist in budgeting processes and resource allocation for successful project delivery. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations while managing project scope changes effectively through detailed contract review and negotiations. Track project milestones through detailed scheduling techniques such as Schematics and Time Management practices to meet deadlines consistently. Foster a culture of quality control by overseeing blueprint reading accuracy and verifying that construction work aligns with schematics and technical specifications. Experience Proven experience managing industrial projects from inception through completion. Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams on active construction sites with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. Strong background in project scheduling, contract administration, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation. Familiarity with construction estimating processes combined with hands-on site experience in industrial environments. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in fast-paced settings. Effective communication skills for clear coordination among stakeholders at all levels of the project lifecycle.
