A leading multi-disciplinary engineering consulting firm is seeking a Land Development Project Manager based in New Jersey . This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced land development engineer who is looking to lead projects , mentor teams and grow within a highly collaborative organization . Responsibilities Manage civil/site land development projects from proposal through completion Maintain strong client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat and expanded business Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, staffing, and QA/QC processes Coordinate with internal disciplines, consultants, and municipal agencies Prepare and review proposals, contracts, scopes, and change orders Attend client meetings, public hearings, and municipal board meetings Serve as an expert representative during entitlement and approval processes Monitor project financial performance, billing, and receivables Mentor junior engineers and support team development Participate in strategic business development and networking initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Professional Engineer (PE) license required in New Jersey 10+ years of experience in land development Strong experience with commercial and public-sector development projects Proven project management and client management skills Strong understanding of risk management, contracts, and project delivery Ability to mentor and lead technical teams
