They are looking to add a Travelling MEP Superintendent to support projects across New Jersey, with additional work in nearby markets like Pennsylvania and New York. The Role You'll take ownership of all MEP field operations on large-scale data center builds, working closely with site leadership to keep projects moving and coordinated. Most work will be based on projects in New Jersey, with travel across the Northeast as needed. Key Responsibilities Lead day-to-day MEP site operations across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and controls Manage and coordinate subcontractors across multiple trades Drive project schedule and ensure key milestones are met Work alongside Project Managers and Engineers to resolve site challenges quickly Oversee QA/QC processes to ensure high standard delivery Maintain strict safety standards across all MEP activities Support commissioning, turnover, and client handover What They're Looking For 5+ years' experience in an MEP Superintendent or similar site leadership role Proven experience working for a General Contractor on large commercial or mission-critical projects Data center or high-tech project experience is highly preferred Strong track record managing subcontractors on complex builds Open to travel across New Jersey and the Northeast Ability to work in fast-paced, schedule-driven environments Why Join Strong pipeline of data center projects across New Jersey and surrounding states Exposure to hyperscale and colocation builds Competitive salary, travel package, and bonuses Long-term growth within a contractor expanding heavily in the Northeast market If you're currently delivering MEP packages and want to be part of a contractor that is actively growing its data center presence in New Jersey, this is a good opportunity to step into a busy project pipeline.
