Monday to Friday Janitorial Area Manager Sweep Property LLC is a growing commercial cleaning company seeking a reliable, organized, and hands-on Janitorial Area Manager to support and oversee the daily operations of our Janitorial Cleaning and Security Guard divisions . This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple job sites, employees, and client needs in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Spanish and comfortable working closely with both field staff and management. Responsibilities As the Janitorial Area Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting daily operations, including but not limited to: Supervise janitorial and security personnel across assigned accounts and job sites Coordinate employee schedules, staffing coverage, and shift adjustments as needed Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure service standards are met Maintain professional communication with clients and property management teams Assist with employee onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and client-specific requirements Address operational concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Prepare reports and provide operational updates to management Support day-to-day field operations and help maintain smooth service delivery across accounts Qualifications Must be fluent in English and Spanish Prior experience in janitorial, facilities, operations, or area management Experience supervising employees and managing schedules preferred Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities Professional, dependable, and responsive Comfortable conducting site visits and working directly with clients and field staff Experience in the commercial cleaning industry is highly preferred Compensation & Schedule $23.00 - $25.00 per hour Part-time position , with potential to become full-time Monday through Friday Probationary Period All new hires will be subject to a six (6) month probationary period beginning on the start date. During this period, performance, attendance, and overall suitability for the role will be evaluated.
