Job Description:
We have a Traveling Superintendent position available with a construction & engineering company located in the Swedesboro, NJ area.
MUST LIVE IN THE SWEDESBORO, NJ AREA.
When not traveling, this role will work out of a local office. This role requires frequent travel to various states across the US and focuses on supporting large scale construction projects. They offer a high-level base salary range plus bonus structure. Fully paid health benefits for both employee and family plans!! Must have experience in previous Superintendent roles. JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Traveling Construction Superintendent, you will oversee daily on-site operations, ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The company is heavily tied to the construction industry and regularly work with architects, general contractors, engineers, and building professionals.
DAILY DUTIES
Coordinate and manage day-to-day construction activities and tasks Schedule and supervise subcontractors Implement and manage project administration requirements Create, update, and maintain project schedules Meet or exceed established construction timelines Oversee quality control throughout the project lifecycle Schedule and coordinate all field inspections Verify that all work complies with contract documents, plans, and specifications
