Construction Project Manager

Position Summary:

As a Construction Project Manager, you will oversee both residential and commercial reconstruction projects. From start to finish, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Unlike new construction, our rebuild projects present unique challenges, and no two days are the same. You will interact daily with subcontractors, in-house craftsmen, property managers, and insurance professionals.

Compensation and Benefits:

As a Construction Project Manager, you will receive a base salary plus bonus opportunities based on profitability. Compensation will vary by location and experience level and can be discussed during the interview process. In addition, you will be provided with a company vehicle or car allowance, fuel card, toll tag or pass, laptop, smartphone, and the tools and resources needed for success. What You Must Have:

To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of two years of hands-on experience running residential or commercial construction projects. You must have strong organizational skills and be team oriented. The ability to communicate with both residential and commercial property owners is very important.
