Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards
- Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and schematics
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to address any issues or concerns
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and controlling costs
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other project team members
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam
- Familiarity with budgeting and construction estimating principles
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team
