Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and OSHA standards
  • Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and schematics
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project plans
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to address any issues or concerns
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders
  • Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and controlling costs
  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other project team members
Experience:
  • Proven experience as a Site Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
  • Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore or Bluebeam
  • Familiarity with budgeting and construction estimating principles
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team
