Job Description Key Responsibilities Lead all on-site construction activities for ground-up Industrial & Commercial projects across New Jersey Manage daily field operations, subcontractors, and site personnel to maintain schedule and productivity Coordinate inspections, site logistics, and sequencing with project management teams Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards Maintain high-quality workmanship and resolve field issues proactively Track progress against milestones and communicate updates to internal stakeholders Oversee punch lists, inspections, and final turnover to ownership MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
