Construction Project Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. Duties Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget. Develop detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project or similar project management tools to monitor progress and adjust plans proactively. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project alignment. Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and quality standards. Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to verify project specifications. Manage procurement processes including bid evaluations, contract negotiations, and change order management. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for document control, progress tracking, and communication. Ensure timely delivery of projects by managing project scheduling, resource allocation, and time management effectively. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure adherence to design specifications. Facilitate project coordination meetings to align team efforts and resolve potential conflicts or delays proactively. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in commercial projects; site experience is highly valued. Proficiency in project management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Construction management software. Solid understanding of construction estimating techniques and contract management practices. Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Familiarity with construction site safety standards and regulations. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills for effective project coordination among diverse teams. Knowledge of project scheduling methodologies and construction management principles. Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent are preferred but not mandatory. $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
