Working above the Field Supervisor, this role is responsible for overall project coordination, budget management, subcontractor oversight, and ensuring all jobs are delivered on time, within scope, and to company quality standards. Construction Project Manager:
Plan and manage all phases of residential remodeling projects, from estimating to final walkthrough Supervise and support Field Supervisors to ensure day-to-day site execution aligns with project plans, budget, and schedule Serve as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams Coordinate and confirm subcontractor scheduling, material orders, and inspection timelines Monitor project budgets, costs, and change orders; ensure accurate billing and documentation Use Buildertrend or similar software to track project milestones, updates, and site photos Ensure project compliance with all codes, plans, contracts, and safety regulations Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and resolve issues in collaboration with the Field Supervisor Communicate clearly with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns proactively Lead project kickoff and closeout processes; ensure punch lists are completed and clients are satisfied Qualifications For the
Construction Project Manager:
At least 5+ years of project coordination experience in residential or light commercial remodeling Strong understanding of construction operations, project timelines, and subcontractor coordination Proficient in project management tools (Buildertrend preferred) Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Familiarity with local building codes and permit processes Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Compensation For the
