Job Description

Senior Electrical Superintendent Relocation to North-West Texas A well-established and rapidly growing large-scale electrical contractor is expanding its leadership team and seeking a Senior Electrical Superintendent to oversee complex commercial and mission-critical construction projects across Texas. This organization has built a strong reputation delivering high-profile work across multiple sectors, offering long-term stability, a people-first culture, and the opportunity to lead some of the most technically advanced projects in the industry. What's in it for you $140K-$170K salary Relocation assistance High-profile data center & mission-critical projects Strong pipeline + long-term growth Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO) Career development and leadership opportunities What you'll do Lead day-to-day jobsite operations on large electrical construction projects Manage Superintendents, Foremen, crews, and subcontractors Drive safety, quality, and productivity across the project Coordinate scheduling, sequencing, and multi-trade execution Oversee materials, manpower planning, and field logistics Partner with Project Managers on progress, forecasting, and reporting What we're looking for 10+ years of electrical or industrial construction leadership Experience running large, ground-up commercial or industrial projects Strong background in safety, coordination, and field execution Ability to lead multiple crews and complex jobsite operations Data center or mission-critical experience is a plus
