Road:

Proven Field Leadership:

A minimum of 5 years of construction experience, ideally with a background in supervisory or management roles.

Technical Expertise:

A deep understanding of all construction phases and the ability to fluently read and interpret blueprints.

Operational Safety:

Expert knowledge and a commitment to the safe operation of all machinery within your area of responsibility.

Effective Communication:

Highly developed verbal and written skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally to customers and crews.

Reliable Logistics:

A valid driver's license and dependable transportation are essential for navigating our project sites.

Tech-Savvy Management:

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and E1 (or a willingness to master our systems).

Strategic Alignment:

The ability to manage your time effectively while supporting and executing all company decisions and project goals.

Bonus Skills:

Familiarity with survey equipment is a significant plus and will help you hit the ground running.
