Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a professional, tech-savvy Construction Project Manager to oversee small to medium commercial projects. You will manage jobs from initial planning through completion, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of small to medium construction projects. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal field crews. Maintain project schedules, budgets, and daily logs. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, inspectors, and subcontractors. Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and building codes. Compile bids and proposals with strict attention to detail. Experience and Qualifications Proven management experience in small to medium commercial construction projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Office with emphasis in Word and Excel. Active New Mexico GB98 license is preferred but not required. Alternatively, verifiable hours working directly under a New Mexico GB98 licensed contractor is preferred. Unlicensed candidates with strong, verifiable management experience will still be considered. Must have an unrestricted Driver License, ability to pass a background check, and be legally allowed to work in the United States.
