Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM Every other

Friday:

6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (off alternating Fridays)

Open Until Filled Position Overview Join our team as a Visitor Control Specialist at HELSTF, where you'll play a key role in maintaining site security while delivering excellent customer service. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, professional, and thrives in a structured, high-responsibility environment. ️ What You'll Do Control and monitor site access while ensuring a welcoming experience for all visitors Issue and track temporary visitor badges Maintain and update the site access database with accuracy Interpret range schedules to manage safe ingress and egress Respond to alarms and support site safety protocols Coordinate service requests and dispatch work orders to appropriate teams Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and visitors Assist with overlapping site operations and special assignments ✅ What We're Looking For High School diploma or GED (required) 2+ years of experience monitoring access to a secured site (preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail Professional demeanor and commitment to teamwork Valid driver's license Requirements Must pass a background check and driver's license record check Ability to obtain and maintain NCICS Clearance (for federal positions) Commitment to confidentiality and adherence to all company and OSHA safety policies Why Join Tresco?
