American Staffing is currently looking for a Construction Superintendent Job duties to include, but not limited to Oversees daily site operations to keep projects on schedule, safe, and on budget hands-on role that also assists with running equipment and performing labor as needed. Supervise crews, subcontractors, and daily site activity, Coordinate schedules, deliveries, and workflow Enforce safety standards and jobsite compliance Inspect work for quality and progress Operate equipment (as needed) Assist with general labor tasks Maintain daily reports communicate with project team 5+ years construction experience, with leadership
