You should have a strong understanding of construction operations and processes. It is important to be able to delegate duties to teams effectively and resolve any issues that may arise on site. Traveling or local roles. Requirements Ground up or remodel multi-family, hospitality, data center, light industrial, retail, or commercial project experience. Wood-frame, steel-frame, tilt/precast, CMU, PEMB, etc. project experience. Assistant or Lead Supers Experience in Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, etc.
