Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and environmental best practices suited to Las Vegas conditions (e.g., efficient irrigation/fertigation systems like Dosatron or EZ-Flo, heat-resistant materials, xeriscaping, and proper soil/fertilizer management). Support the transition of completed projects into maintenance or client handover, including warranty period coordination. Contribute to QA/QC processes for both company projects and potential consulting services on commercial landscape/irrigation work.
