Construction Project Coordinator (DoD)(Onsite, Creech AFB, NV)

Innovative Technologies Corporation (ITC) is seeking a Construction Manager to support the 432nd Support Squadron Civil Engineer Flight at Creech AFB. This is a hands-on role supporting active Air Force real world mission essential construction projects.

What We're Looking For:

U.S. Citizen (required) Secret Clearance preferred, must be eligible for DoD Secret AS/BS in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field 3+ years of construction/project oversight experience Knowledge of federal, DoD, or Air Force construction standards Strong communication and coordination skills

What You'll Do:

Provide on-site technical support for construction oversight Assist with inspections, testing, and quality assurance Track project progress and maintain construction documentation Support development of SOWs, IGCEs, and project records Assist with contractor evaluations and compliance with DoD/AF standards

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary:

$56,000 - $69,000 based on experience, plus medical/dental/vision benefits, 15 days PTO and 7 days sick time; other benefits available. This is a funded, immediately available position under ITC's 432nd Civil Engineering Flight Support program (posted 6 May 2026).
