This role is responsible for managing projects from mobilization through final punch list while maintaining our standards in safety, quality, schedule, cost control, and professionalism . We are looking for a leader who knows how to run jobs efficiently, communicate clearly, solve problems in the field, and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Oversee all day-to-day field operations from start to finish Maintain project schedules and keep trades on track Identify critical path items and prevent delays Lead subcontractor coordination meetings Enforce jobsite safety standards and coach safe work practices Perform quality control inspections and ensure deficiencies are corrected Review plans, specifications, submittals, and field changes Work closely with owners, architects, engineers, and project managers to solve challenges quickly Track labor, materials, and subcontractor productivity Approve site timecards and monitor manpower needs Prepare daily reports, schedule updates, and progress documentation Lead punch list completion and final closeout Qualifications 5+ years as a Commercial Construction Superintendent Southern Nevada construction experience preferred Strong understanding of: Structural concrete Structural steel MEP systems Underground utilities / civil work Earthwork Interior and exterior finishes Public works construction processes Experience with Procore and Foundation Software preferred Able to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong leadership and communication skills Preferred Skills OSHA 30 Certification Bluebeam and Microsoft Office proficiency Knowledge of local codes, inspections, and permitting processes Strong scheduling and sequencing mindset Calm under pressure with a solutions-first attitude
