CommandTec, LLC has a requirement for a Project Manager supporting a federal government customer. The Project Manager is responsible for the overall management, coordination, and execution of custodial services to meet performance standards and customer expectations. This position provides leadership and oversight for personnel, schedules, and operational activities to ensure facilities are maintained in a clean, safe, and professional condition. The Project Manager manages staffing, develops work schedules, monitors performance metrics, and ensures compliance with contract requirements, quality control plans, and safety standards. The Project Manager collaborates with government representatives and company leadership to address customer concerns, conduct inspections, and implement corrective actions while ensuring adequate staffing, equipment, supplies, and training to support operational requirements.Key Responsibilities:
Provide overall management and supervision of custodial operations Serve as primary point of contact for government representatives and customers Oversee daily contract performance and ensure compliance with requirements Develop and manage staffing plans and work schedules Conduct routine inspections to ensure quality standards are met Implement corrective actions for identified deficiencies Manage personnel including hiring, onboarding, and performance management Ensure employees receive required training and certifications Monitor employee attendance and productivity Maintain contract documentation and reporting requirements Coordinate supply and equipment procurement and inventory Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures Address customer concerns and service requests in a timely manner Support quality control and continuous improvement initiatives Conduct staff meetings and communicate operational updates Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Performs additional duties and accepts other responsibilities as may be assignedSimilar remote jobs
