The Superintendent will be responsible for managing all aspects of the construction process, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in ground up and tenant improvements in the following industries: retail, hospitality, fuel stations, open store remodels, and fast food experience. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to ensure project timelines are met. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and reports. Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and safety standards on the job site. Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment needed for the project. Qualifications 5+ years experience in a Superintendent role required 3+ years experience building/remodeling in the following industries: retail, hospitality, fuel stations, open store remodels, fast food. Familiarity with project management software, preferably Procore. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. OSHA 30 certification preferred. Experience with ground-up construction and open store remodels is a plus. Knowledge of retail and fuel station construction is advantageous. Background in restaurant tenant improvements is a plus.
