Job Description

What to Expect As a Construction Trades Manager, you will be playing a critical role in new construction at the world's largest factories. You will work in the office and the field supporting the construction trades teams including Electrical, Mechanical, Tool Install, and CSA. You will be asked to work cross-functionally, interfacing with other trades, construction engineering, and manufacturing engineering while tracking multiple project schedules and budgets. What You'll Do Develop and manage a high performing team to plan, execute and turn over self-executed construction scopes; Develop execution plans to ensure cost and schedule expectations are achieved Maintain project schedules to ensure work aligns with fast-paced timelines, employing proactive project layout and planning to set the team up for success Manage and direct trader superintendents and construction crews, assigning tasks and communicating responsibilities clearly.
