Job Description:
Project Manager•Mechanical Construction | Reno, NV Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee mechanical construction and fabrication projects from award through closeout. Responsibilities Own all phases of project delivery•cost, schedule, and client satisfaction Track and forecast project financials; report to executive leadership Produce and maintain project schedule Lead change management: estimates, budgets, and proposals Manage subcontractors, vendors, and contract negotiations Coordinate with field leadership, fabrication teams, engineers, and accountants Direct project meetings and mentor junior staff Lead small/medium project bids; support BD on larger pursuits
Requirements :
Engineering or Construction Management degree, or equivalent experience Proven experience in mechanical construction; federal/DOE site background preferred PMP certified or ability to obtain within one year Ability to interpret drawings, specs, and technical documents Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) Estimating experience a plus
