Staff Technical Construction Project Manager

What to Expect As Program Manager at Tesla, you will be a part of the infrastructure team at Tesla facilities. You will play an essential role in sustaining organizational operations for projects in a manufacturing environment by coordinating efforts across a wide range of cross functional teams. What You'll Do Maintain Design and Construction team design process workflow Create and develop programs in conjunction with stakeholders across the infrastructure group to streamline processes Manage training database while finding/creating new training and development programs Maintain and assist in driving productive meetings across project teams, providing and following up with action items as necessary Ensure stakeholders (Internal and External) are engaged and aligned to the program goals Employ a can-do attitude, taking on any task required to support the team and get things done Review internal communication and documentation for efficiency and succinct expression Support internal teams with RFQ's, RFP's and other tasks as necessary Develop tools and analytics for project reporting, enabling program teams to focus more efforts on problem solving Own project funding request process in collaboration with construction team What You'll Bring Degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience Ability to effectively prioritize with strong time management skills in a fast-paced environment Express and create documentation that clearly and efficiently communicates complex technical concepts Experience managing multi-disciplinary within A/E firms. Experience with managing complex MEP projects Strong interpersonal skills, able to develop channels of communication while understanding and managing professional relationships Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills are a must Data science/analytic skills are a plus Ability to drive communication within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with extremely tight timelines, aggressive goals and demanding work environment
