️ What You'll Be Doing Manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction through completion Oversee interior scopes including drywall, framing, and finish carpentry Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams across active job sites Build and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met Track budgets, monitor costs, and maintain accurate financial projections Review drawings/specs to ensure quality and compliance Handle change orders, scope adjustments, and documentation Lead project meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholders Ensure materials, equipment, and labor are aligned with project timelines Enforce safety standards and quality control across all phases ✅ What You Need Experience managing commercial construction projects (interior trades preferred) Strong background in drywall, carpentry, or interior build-outs Ability to manage multiple projects at once without things slipping Solid understanding of job costing, scheduling, and budgeting Comfortable working with subcontractors, GCs, and design teams Proficiency with construction/project management software
