The Role & Impact Strategic Advocacy:
Act as the primary representative and "voice of the owner" from pre-design through final closeout.
Risk Mitigation:
Conduct constructability reviews and risk analyses to help clients avoid costly pitfalls.
Team Leadership:
Coordinate the efforts of architects, engineers, contractors, and municipalities to ensure project harmony.
Full Lifecycle Management:
Develop and track project budgets, schedules, and technical documentation with clinical precision.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Experience:
5+ years in project management, field supervision, or owner-side roles.
Technical Edge:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project; AutoCAD is a plus.
Mobility:
Valid NYS driver's license and the ability to travel locally.
Pay:
$1.00 per year
