Lead Playscape Installation Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated, hands-on leader to manage high-end residential playset installations throughout the Tri-State area. This is a mid-level leadership role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship and thrives in an outdoor work environment. Based out of the Brewster, NY area, you will lead a dedicated team to deliver premium installations for our clients. We prefer candidates who reside near the Danbury, CT / Brewster, NY corridor for daily operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

Supervise and guide an assigned installation team to ensure projects are completed to our high-quality standards.

Operational Excellence:

Maintain tools, manage cargo van/box truck logistics, and ensure all materials are prepared for site arrival.

Installation Execution:

Demonstrate expert knowledge in outdoor construction, project assembly, and site safety protocols.

Field Management:

Load and unload equipment, perform physical labor at various heights, and manage site organization.

Team Development:

Participate in company meetings and ongoing training to refine our installation processes.

Regional Flexibility:

Travel daily to project sites throughout the Tri-State area, with occasional opportunities for regional or country-wide projects during the off-season.

Minimum Qualifications:

Leadership & Tool Proficiency:

Proven experience with power tools and a strong aptitude for carpentry/assembly.

Professionalism:

Must be a reliable, client-facing representative of our company who maintains a clean and safe job site.

Documentation:

Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation to our office/job sites.

Commitment:

Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive Pay:

$20-$22/hr starting base, with generous overtime at time-and-a-half ($30-$33/hr).

High-Earning Potential:

Typical work weeks range from 40-60 hours during our peak Spring/Summer seasons.

We offer a 30-day paid training program with a master installer, with clear paths for advancement within the company.

Flexibility:

Weekend work is available for those seeking additional hours once the initial training period is complete.

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
