None Required The Opportunity You will step into a pivotal leadership role managing diverse commercial construction projects from preconstruction through to final completion. This position empowers you to drive project success by combining your field-level execution expertise with sharp estimating skills. You will see the direct results of your efforts within a collaborative, family-run company that truly values your impact. How You Will Make an Impact Oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction to completion to ensure delivery safely, on schedule, and within budget. Generate accurate project estimates and bids utilizing your hands-on knowledge of concrete, structural steel, and civil sitework. Coordinate multi-trade scheduling and construction sequencing to streamline field operations and eliminate project delays. Manage client relationships and project communications effectively to maintain alignment on project scope and deliverables. Control project budgets and financial forecasting to maximize profitability while maintaining high quality standards. Supervise on-site progress and coordinate with field crews to solve real-time structural and logistical challenges. Required Qualifications & Experience Proven experience working as a Project Manager or Estimator for a General Contractor or Commercial Construction firm. Demonstrated expertise managing ground-up commercial construction, industrial facilities, or tenant improvement projects. Strong hands-on knowledge of concrete flatwork, foundations, structural steel, and commercial framing systems. Direct experience overseeing sitework, including excavation, grading, asphalt paving, and storm drainage systems. Proficiency in reading architectural plans, structural blueprints, engineering specifications, and master schedules. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Experience managing federal or union-regulated commercial construction projects. Prior background working specifically within a design-build firm or civil site development contractor. Advanced knowledge of specialized industrial laboratory build-outs and turnkey facility construction.
