Construction Project Manager RimePro Inc Brighton, NY Job Details Full-time $120,000 - $150,000 a year 3 hours ago Qualifications Construction schedule coordination Schedule management Project stakeholder communication Full Job Description Position Overview The Construction Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This role oversees all aspects of project execution including budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client communication, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Projects typically include hospitals, medical office buildings, healthcare renovations, and occupied facility work, requiring strong planning, phasing, and coordination in complex, highly regulated environments. This role operates within a collaborative delivery model, partnering closely with owners, designers, and stakeholders to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities Manage healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Develop and maintain project budgets, cost tracking, and financial forecasts. Create and manage project schedules, including phasing plans for occupied healthcare environments. Lead subcontractor buyouts, contract negotiations, and scope coordination. Oversee project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and compliance tracking. Coordinate with Superintendents to ensure strong field execution, safety, and quality control. Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and healthcare stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Support preconstruction activities including cost estimating, value engineering, and constructability reviews. Manage procurement of materials and equipment, including long-lead healthcare systems. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control protocols, and safety standards. Identify project risks and implement solutions to maintain schedule, budget, and operational continuity. Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication across all stakeholders. Oversee project closeout including punch list completion, commissioning, and turnover. Qualifications 5-10+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor. Strong experience managing healthcare construction projects (hospitals, clinics, or medical facilities). Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish (full lifecycle). Experience working in occupied and phased construction environments. Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and cost control. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts. Experience coordinating with healthcare stakeholders, inspectors, and regulatory agencies. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with healthcare codes and standards (e.g., OSHPD/HCAI, ICRA, or similar). Familiarity with delivery methods such as Design-Build, CM at Risk, or negotiated work. Proficiency with construction management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera (P6), or similar software. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
