Job Description

We're hiring a Construction Manager to support mission‑critical construction projects across the U.S. This role works closely with owners, owner's reps, contractors, architects, engineers, and operations teams to help deliver projects that meet scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and compliance objectives.

The position supports the full project lifecycle-from pre‑construction planning and contract administration through active construction, turnover, and closeout. Responsibilities include coordinating project stakeholders, tracking schedules and budgets, supporting bid and preconstruction efforts, reviewing submittals and RFIs, maintaining risk logs, and providing on‑site field presence to verify work aligns with drawings, specifications, and owner standards.

You'll contribute to structured reporting and client‑facing updates, prepare progress reports and visuals, and support clear communication across internal teams and external partners. The role offers a balance of guided and independent work, with opportunities to lead routine tasks or smaller scopes while exercising judgment and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate brings experience in mission‑critical or commercial construction, commissioning, or infrastructure delivery, is comfortable working in live data‑center or complex field environments, and is proficient with construction management tools such as Procore and the MS Office suite. A continuous‑learning mindset and openness to AI‑enabled tools is strongly valued.

Travel is a core component of the role, with 75-100% travel across the U.S. unless assigned to a long‑term project, and the ability to relocate when required (relocation assistance available). A competitive benefits package is offered, including comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, PTO, paid parental leave, insurance coverage, and strong professional development and tuition support.
