Full-Time Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all on-site demolition operations. Coordinate daily activities of operators, laborers, subcontractors, and vendors. Plan and schedule project activities to meet deadlines and budget requirements. Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and environmental requirements. Conduct site inspections, safety meetings, and toolbox talks. Monitor project progress and address operational challenges as they arise.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of demolition experience, including supervisory or management responsibilities. Strong knowledge of demolition methods, heavy equipment operations, and site safety requirements. Experience managing commercial, industrial, and residential demolition projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and project schedules.
