Job Foreman/Project Lead - Prior Experience Preferred

Experience for some positions is not necessary, candidates with the right attitude will be trained. We are looking for a full time Project Lead/Job Foreman . The primary focus of this position is to complete installation and repairs of residential basement waterproofing and structural reinforcement in the Greater Buffalo region.

Expectations:

Work on site and lead a crew of 2 to 3 field employees in accomplishing project requirements as detailed in work scope and meeting homeowner expectations on a daily basis. Operate power tools (including jack hammers) and have an overall understanding of home construction and the why's/how's of construction. Understanding of drainage and plumbing. Lift up to 80 lbs. on a regular basis. Basic flat work, cementing basement perimeter flooring after drainage installation. Work with Project Managers (Sales) and Installation Manager to achieve all project goals and meet 100% homeowner satisfaction. Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication during project. Resolves any issues that may arise during the project. Handle all on-site responsibilities to ensure project is completed on time, within budget, up to UTECH standards of quality and up to homeowner satisfaction. Effectively communicate project progress, material needs and provide regular updates to Installation Manager. Utilize apps and other relevant software to view work scope/details, complete assignments and submit job completion documentations.

Qualifications:

Driver's License (Required). Residential construction experience (Highly Preferred). Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent communication skills.

Compensation:

. $28 - 38$ per hr. (Depending on experience) Performance bonuses. Paid vacation. 401(k) matching. Company vehicle (work van) provided for project use.
