About Us We are a fast-growing roofing and concrete contractor dedicated to delivering exceptional quality and service. Our team tackles a diverse range of residential and commercial projects — from roof replacements and repairs to concrete installations and restorations. We value professionalism, attention to detail, and leadership that drives project success. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the execution of roofing and concrete projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing schedules, materials, subcontractors, and client communication with excellence. This role requires strong leadership, superior attention to detail, and a proactive approach to solving problems in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and oversee roofing and concrete projects from pre-construction through close-out Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and supplier deliveries Order and pick up materials as needed to keep projects on schedule Maintain accurate project documentation (change orders, work orders, job files) Communicate effectively with customers throughout the project lifecycle Drive customer satisfaction — including professionally requesting Google reviews after project completion Monitor job-site quality, safety, and compliance Resolve issues on the job site quickly and decisively Collaborate with field teams to ensure estimates, billing, and close-outs are accurate What We're Looking For 4+ years' experience in a project management role (construction/roofing/concrete) 3+ years' direct experience in roofing and concrete operations Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Strong customer service and communication skills Proven leadership and team coordination capabilities Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Comfortable ordering, picking up, and tracking materials Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or equivalent) is a plus Preferred Qualifications Experience working with residential and commercial projects Safety-focused mindset Valid driver's license Problem-solving attitude and strong work ethic Benefits Competitive salary within industry range Performance-based incentives/bonus structure Health, dental, and vision insurance (if applicable) Paid time off and holidays Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement Why Join Us?
