Construction Project Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. In this vital role, you will coordinate all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management software, project scheduling, and site coordination will drive project success while maintaining safety standards and quality craftsmanship. Duties Lead the planning, execution, and closing of construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to facilitate seamless project flow. Develop detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar project management tools to track progress and milestones. Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure clarity and compliance with specifications. Oversee construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and quality standards are met. Manage procurement processes including construction estimating, bid evaluations, and contract negotiations. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for document control, progress tracking, and communication. Monitor project costs with HeavyBid or equivalent estimating tools to stay within financial targets. Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with subcontractors to resolve issues promptly. Ensure effective project documentation, reporting, and communication among all stakeholders. Requirements 20+ years experience in construction site management with a strong background in heavy civil or commercial projects. Proficiency in the construction management software BuilderTrend Solid understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction drawings. Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, project management methodologies, and construction estimating. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks efficiently. Strong knowledge of safety regulations and site safety practices. Effective communication skills for coordinating teams and liaising with clients and vendors. Experience with construction site operations including site logistics and resource management is preferred.

Pay:

$125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
