Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HVAC Project Manager to lead and oversee heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) projects from inception to completion.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree a plus Competitive pay based on experience Responsibilities Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of HVAC construction projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, schedule, and budget Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects Interface with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop detailed project plans and specifications Analyze bids and award contracts Monitor sub-contractors progress and coordinate BCI work to be completed. Manage project documentation including change orders, RFIs (Request for Information), daily reports, and progress updates. Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, troubleshoot issues, and ensure adherence to design specifications Communicate with President on an on-going and constant basis. Facilitate effective communication among customer field personnel and team members to maintain momentum and resolve conflicts promptly. Manage materials and logistics of each project Participate in planning and scheduling construction crews; assign workloads and schedules to crews Apply and follow up on building permits as required. Maintain change orders and associated documentation for payment. Review subcontractors' invoices and approve/deny based on work performed. Track project progress and report to client in a cohesive and presentable format Report on progress projects to management Closely track and monitor detailed information in an organized manner and report accordingly in high level meetings with clients. Responsible for site completions to meet or exceed customer satisfaction of your projects. Manage Multiple Projects and in high volume. Attend pre-construction walks. Order necessary materials and organize site-specific details for review with the site Foreman. Review scopes of work and schedule with job foreman. Provide leadership and guidance for crews assigned to your projects. Responsible for all safety, schedule and quality issues for your projects. Solicit and manage subcontractors to maintain quality, safety and budget. Manage construction projects and personnel from pulling of permit to accepted project closeout. Review project costs for accuracy of time, materials and subcontractors. Read blueprints and schematics accurately to interpret design intent and technical requirements Supervisory Responsibilities Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Minimum of 10 years experience working with Commercial HVAC systems Minimum of 5 years of project management experience specific to Commercial HVAC systems At least 5 years of industry experience Demonstrated expertise in management skillsMust be able to read and interpret site plans, construction drawings and scopes of work Recognize and provide a safe work site with acceptable quality and efficiencyStrong organizational and communication skills Strong computer skills in MS Office, Word, Excel, Must possess a valid drivers license and comply with company motor vehicle policy Present professional image at all times
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
