$100K - $150K, depending on experience, with flexibility for the right candidate

Type:

Direct Hire with benefits Responsibilities Manage projects from award through closeout: procurement, fabrication, delivery, installation, punch list, and final turnover Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules; monitor progress and adjust resources as needed Coordinate with internal teams, fabricators, suppliers, subcontractors, and field personnel Attend site meetings, conduct site walks, and oversee installation progress Track budgets, monitor cost?to?complete, and report financial performance to leadership Prepare purchase orders, negotiate vendor pricing, and manage subcontractor relationships Document and negotiate change orders, maintain logs, and resolve claims Oversee shop drawings, field measurements, cut tickets, and ensure accuracy before release Maintain strong client communication and uphold company standards throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications Experience in specialty construction is required: stone, millwork, metal & glass, façade systems, or similar Strong ability to read blueprints, specs, RFIs, and technical documents Proficient in Microsoft Office Ability to travel to job sites, suppliers, and fabricators (occasional out?of?state travel) Strong math skills Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $100,000.00 - $150,000.00
