Site Supervisor Location:
East Hampton, NY Salary:
$165K-$180K + Benefits We are recruiting on behalf of a leading luxury home builder delivering high-end bespoke residential projects across The Hamptons. This is a hands-on Site Supervisor position overseeing the day-to-day delivery of architecturally significant homes, typically valued at $20 million and above. You'll be responsible for driving site progress, coordinating trades, and maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and finish expected in the ultra-prime residential market.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise all on-site construction activities from groundworks through to completion
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and specialist trades
  • Ensure works are delivered to programme, budget, and specification
  • Maintain exceptional quality control standards across all finishes
  • Enforce health & safety compliance on site at all times
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Architects, and Client Representatives
  • Resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively to avoid delays
  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress reporting
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager on high-end residential projects
  • Background working on luxury homes or complex bespoke builds (ideally $5M-$20M+ projects)
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methods and detailing
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
