Mozaic (A Chapter of Arc NY) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate leader to join our team as a Site Supervisor for Respite & Community Habilitation in Fulton, NY . In this role, you will oversee daily program operations while empowering both staff and the people we support to thrive. You will provide direct supervision, mentorship, and training to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), ensuring high-quality, person-centered services that promote independence, dignity, and community inclusion. As a leader, you will play a key role in fostering a positive team culture, maintaining compliance, and creating a safe, supportive environment where everyone can succeed. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a meaningful difference, enjoys developing others, and is committed to delivering exceptional care and support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

You will lead, coach, and develop a team of Direct Support Professionals while ensuring services align with each person's Life Plan to support their goals, health, and well-being. Responsibilities include promoting community integration and advocacy, overseeing daily operations such as scheduling and documentation, and ensuring compliance with agency policies and state regulations. You will also maintain a safe and welcoming environment, build strong relationships with families and community partners, and support staff training, performance management, and ongoing professional development.

Hours:

Monday-Friday 8am-4pm 37.5 Hours per week

Salary Range :

$45,000 - $48,000

Location:

Fulton, NY Site Supervisor Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED required. Three years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred. Two years supervisory or leadership experience required. Basic computer skills.
