We specialize in the new construction and rehabilitation of wastewater treatment and water supply systems for municipal, state, county and private owners and operators. Our expertise spans a comprehensive list of equipment including wastewater screening, grit removal, grinding and shredding, oil and grease separation, liquid and dry chemical feed equipment, mixing, clarifying and sediment removal and various secondary and advanced treatment systems and components. Our workforce includes specialists in process instrumentation and controls for the repair, calibration and new installation of the vast range of devices and instruments for the treatment and handling of wastewater and water. TAM is seeking a full time Associate Project Manager Projects are diverse including general construction, sitework, concentration in utility infrastructure, wastewater, stormwater and water treatment Valid Driver's License 2 to 5 years of experience in formal construction project management and/or field supervision Proficient in technology skills in Excel, WORD, Power Point, MS Project, etc. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Assisting project manger and project executive in various management duties Schedule creation and maintenance Assisting with procurement process for POs and Contracts Assisting with project financials monitoring and record keeping Maintaining records for project status monitoring for quality, schedule and scope adherence RFI and Submittal process & logs with design teams and governmental agencies Proficient in written and oral communication skills Regular project on-site field visitation Assisting with recording keeping of project coordination meetings Assisting with project requisitioning process for subcontractors, vendors, and clients Assisting with administration process for all project AP / AR process Commitment to team collaboration and support
Experience:
2-5 years experience in formal construction project management and/or field supervision

Education:
