Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee construction projects from start to completion. In this role, you will observe all phases of construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in engineering and construction, project scheduling, and interpretation of construction drawings will drive project success. This position will be onsite at Grafton Lakes State Park, with an anticipated construction start after Labor Day. Responsibilities Communicate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to develop project scopes, timelines, and cost estimates using tools like ProCore, HeavyBid, and Primavera P6. Oversee daily construction site activities ensuring adherence to project documents. Monitor project progress through regular site inspections and report out as needed to relay delays or issues. Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Maintain comprehensive records of project documentation including progress reports. Experience Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) license preferred, with knowledge in Civil Engineering. Proven experience in construction management or related roles with a strong background in site improvement projects. Familiarity with project management tools such as Primavera P6, Bluebeam, ProCore, HeavyBid, and other construction management software platforms. Demonstrated ability in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously while managing time effectively under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills with the ability to address teams confidently and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
