General Manager - Construction

Responsibilities Provide strategic direction and leadership for all construction projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client expectations. Oversee project management activities, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to guarantee timely completion within scope. Lead and supervise project teams, subcontractors, and vendors to promote collaboration, accountability, and high performance. Drive business development initiatives by cultivating client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and expanding market presence. Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, safety standards, and quality control across all projects. Manage profit & loss responsibilities by monitoring financial performance, controlling costs, and maximizing profitability. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices throughout project lifecycles. Requirements Proven management experience in the construction industry with a strong track record of leading large-scale projects successfully. Exceptional strategic planning skills with the ability to develop long-term growth plans. Demonstrated leadership qualities that motivate teams and foster a positive work environment. Solid understanding of profit & loss management, budgeting, and financial analysis in a construction setting. Extensive supervising experience overseeing diverse teams including project managers, engineers, and on-site personnel. Business development expertise with a focus on expanding client base and increasing project pipeline. Proficiency in project management tools and processes to ensure seamless execution from inception to completion. Strong skills in process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and safety standards. Pay:

$120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
